Floor decking and roof rafters
Well, on days two and three, we were able to get most of the flooring done and assemble the roof rafters. We had a fantastic seven man crew on Saturday, including some of the guys I work with during the week! Thanks again to all of you who have continued to offer your assistance!
This is what our ceiling will look like from below.
We set up a pretty elaborate scaffolding system to help install the rafters.
Here we are creating the template for the rafters. Once this is done, we can just trace, cut and install!
This is what it looked like after most of the rafters were installed!
Just wanted to get one more picture of our Irish mongrel before he crosses the pond! Good luck and we will miss ya!
