Waiting for Mother Nature...
Well, we are patiently waiting for the rain to stop and give the excavator the weather he needs to dig the foundation. I was out there over the weekend and used our log splitter to split some of the wood we had out there. I also moved the mulch pile out of the way and roped off our little "Pet Cemetery" so none of it was affected by the site work.
I am hoping some work gets done out there this week.

Hopefully they won't hit a natural spring when they are digging the foundation, otherwise you may end up with a swimming pool instead of a cabin....
You mean you used a log splitter without your father being around....he'll never be the same!
Maybe you should re-title this post, "Waiting for something new to be posted on this blog..."
